Vabimo vas na predavanje v okviru predmeta »Načrtovanje mikroelektronskih vezij« z naslovom

“Overview of ASIC design flow and introduction to sensors and converters”,

ki ga bo izvedla skupina strokovnjakov iz podjetja Renishaw in bo potekalo 10. maja 2018 ob 13:15 uri v predavalnici A-302.

Na predavanje so zaradi aktualnosti teme vabljeni vsi študenti UM FERI, še posebej pa študenti 2. stopnje.

Short Description: In the presentation we will shortly present our company Renishaw and then continue with description of the ASIC design flow. The main part of the presentation will be focused on CMOS sensors and ADC converters and their implementation. The presentation will be concluded with the most common challenges we meet to achieve the set requirements.

Speakers:

  1. Jon Fuge, Managing Director, he has been started with Renishaw 23 years ago as a junior electronic design engineer, he is a holder of over 50 patents granted worldwide and has worked on 4 Queen’s award-winning products
  2. Dr. Rok Ribnikar, Senior ASIC Design Engineer, he is with Renishaw for 3 years.
  3. Marija Manevska, PhD student in faculty of electrical engineering in Ljubljana, ASIC Design Engineer, she is with Renishaw for 3 years.
